Under this new feature, WhatsApp users will be able to share the same status on 3 different platforms i.e. WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram simultaneously.

This feature will be optional which means users will be able to do so if they want, i.e. users will have the option to choose whether they want to share their WhatsApp status on Facebook or Instagram or not.

Apart from this, the control over who will be able to see the WhatsApp status shared by the users will remain under the control of the users as before.

Users can determine this by going to the privacy settings of the status.
