Meta is providing a facility to Facebook users that was never imagined before.
Facebook users will now be able to link one account to multiple personal profiles and switch to each profile without logging out.
The announcement was made by the company in a blog post.
According to the company, ‘Whether you’re a new Facebook user or have been using it for years, you may want to keep your personal and professional life separate, or you may want to keep one profile linked to work and another. Just for friends’.
Meta said that by creating multiple personal profiles, you’ll be able to share specific content across them at will, such as one profile showing your love of food and another pairing with friends and family.
The company said that users will be able to create 4 additional Facebook profiles with one account and switch to them through the settings menu.
However, the additional profiles will be somewhat limited, as Messenger support will not be available initially, while features such as Marketplace and Professional Mode will not be accessible.

Meta said that this feature is being experimented with since last year and we heard feedback from people who are keen to organize different topics.
According to the company, we have seen the popularity of such interest-based accounts on Instagram and are therefore excited to bring this option to Facebook.
This feature has started rolling out worldwide and may take a few weeks or months to reach all users.
How to create new profiles?
For this, click on your profile image on the top right side of the Facebook desktop version or app and select the see all profiles option there.
After that, click on create new profile to create a new profile and then connect with the people or communities you like, each profile will have a different feed.
It should be noted that this feature was announced by the company in July 2022 and now it has been introduced to the users.
